Chat Page

The Chat Page is your primary space for conversing with AI companions on Ongkanon. This is where you build relationships, explore storylines, and engage in meaningful conversations with your chosen companions.

Starting a New Chat​

STEP 1: Select a Companion​

Choose a companion from the home page, your favorites.

STEP 2: Click "Chat Now"​

From the companion's profile page, click the chat now button to begin your conversation.

STEP 3: Let's explore the chat page.​

  1. Type Here: Start typing to begin a conversation with your companion.

  2. Suggested Prompts: Three suggested prompts are available. If you're unsure how to start a conversation, select one to easily get started.

  3. Suggestions Button: This button provides additional suggested prompts during the conversation. If you're unsure what to say next, tap this button and choose a prompt.

  4. Voice Button: Use this button to talk to your companion using your voice instead of typing.

How to Use the Voice Button : 1. Tap the Voice button. 2. When prompted, allow microphone access. 3. Tap the Voice button again and speak your message. 4. Tap the Voice button once more to stop recording. Your spoken words will be converted into text and displayed in the typing box.

  1. Send Button: Tap this button to send your message.

  2. Storyline: Access the companion's storyline and background information.

  3. Model: View and select the AI model used for the conversation. For detailed information about models and their differences,Learn more about Choosing Models →

  4. Image Generation: This feature allows you to view and generate images of your companion.

How to Use the Image Generation

  1. Tap the Image Generation button.
  2. Select an image generation model:
    • Free version: You can choose the Base Model and generate up to two images of your companion per day.
    • Pro version: You can select the HD Model for higher-quality images.
  3. Enter a prompt describing the image you want (for example: “Could you send me your image?”).

Other Features​

The Chat page offers additional features that enhance your interaction with bots. Let's take a closer look at them.

Clone​

The Clone feature allows you to copy a bot to your My Companions page and personalize it as your own private companion. Once cloned, the bot becomes editable, giving you complete control over its information, personality, and settings.

  1. Click the “Clone & Customize” button on the bot's chat page.
  2. When the button changes to “Edit,” it means the bot has been successfully cloned and added to your My Companions page.
  3. Click the My Companions button to view your cloned bots.
  4. At the top of the cloned bot’s card, you will see two tags: "Clone" and "Private."
  5. Click “Chat” to start a conversation with your cloned bot.
  6. Click “Edit” to customize the bot’s information to your liking.

Memory​

Memory is created automatically as you chat with your companion. The more you interact, the more your companion learns from the conversations and remembers key details to provide you with personalized responses.

How to Use Memory

  1. Click Memory to open and view the stored conversation memories.

  2. Click Refresh to reload and update the memory list.

  3. Click Delete All to permanently remove all saved memories. This action cannot be undone once confirmed.

  4. Click Delete next to a specific memory to remove only that entry.

Language​

Language

Ongkanon Chat supports four languages. While English is the default language, you can switch to Spanish, French, or German at any time.

Once you make your selection, your companion will automatically respond in the chosen language.

Daily Usage​

The Daily Usage tracker allows you to monitor the number of messages, images, and suggestions you’ve used, as well as when your limits reset.

Free Version Limits:

  • 30 messages per day
  • 2 images per day
  • 10 suggestions per day

If you require unlimited messages and higher limits, you can upgrade by checking the Subscription Plans.

At the bottom of the tracker, you’ll see the exact reset time for your daily usage.

Memory System​

Memory-system

Faster
When Memory is disabled, your companion responds more quickly; however, details of the conversation are not retained for long-term use. This means that there is no long-term memory of conversations, and responses may be less personalized.

Memory On
When Memory is enabled, your companion remembers important details from your conversations, allowing for more personalized and consistent responses over time. Please note that response speed may be slightly slower due to the processing needed for memory.

When the Concise option is selected, your companion provides short, clear, and direct responses.

Detailed
When the Detailed option is selected, your companion provides longer, more comprehensive, and in-depth responses.
